in the UK the gov take everything else off you the harder you work the more you pay so i despise my UK setup also and this is my way to get even and (moonshine Ha Ha)
regards
andy
PS were you from
in my country you have to pay a yearly fee to have windmills like these and solar panels…
i despise the government lol
cheers
Excellent job!
have just added another 800A battery set so since this vid I got 1600A added on so getting there soon be able to weld steel LOL
regards andy
nice nice. Thanks for the answer
I reckon until he increases his capacity he has no need. The solenoid was constantly switching loads from battery to the sink which means he is maintaining a fully charged bank.
mount the turbine higher. it will pick up for generation from the upper wind currents
wish you were here to see the huge boy running, it the spice of life, pure magic, ric get your ass up to scotland this summer or i will have to come doun and kidnap you boy and I dont like the 1000 mile round trip so beware partner
chears vic I like having someone as mad as me close to home too, I am glad you liked my setup as I regard all your comment as excellent solid and experianced advice some of the suggestion you made were sound and I will give them a go so thanks for comming to my humble aboad

hi andy boy, just left you a messageon my forum, which is a answer to your question, see u buddy and I like the low wind turbine.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED with your Eco System. I really loved the time I spent with you and hopefully in the near future we can get the Scottish side of things up and running… I really liked how well your turbine worked even in low wind conditions. And it`s nice to have a friend nearby into the same leisure activities lol…. Speak soon!!
It`s excellent to get a shot of some solar panels for a while. It allows you to see the yield of power that can be obtained without having to go out at any expense. They will get warm in direct sunlight and they have these specs
Nominal Voltage – 12v
Max Power Voltage – 17.5v
Max Power Current – 3.10A
OCircuit Voltage – 21.0v
SCircuit Current – 3.6A
7.7kg Overall Hybrid system is the way to go.Solar panels are directional too i`m worried..NOW THAT`S FREE POWER LOL
well donne, i like the solar addition, should be excellent for summer, i am sending a message from the forum, see u buddy and keep them spinning.

I have 6.5mm wire from mills the nooo and that cost an arl and a leg for three 100meter rolls but the anps getting back to batteries was much better that with the 2.5 mm I had before nearly double power up
Yeah, I guess you would need some thick wire to carry the extra current during high winds.
no stand alone is the only way I work. its safer. and I dont reckon I could be bothered with the wire work each time. if were possible in the first place as if it did work and the wind got up and you had left it poorly wired as in series. there would be a cable fire with the winds I get with
Lots of excellent stuff in that shed. I like your alarm system.
On the day you recorded this video you were getting low wind speeds. Do you have your turbines wired in parallel or in series? I’m thinking that if they are in series, they could generate more voltage, even in low wind conditions and wonder if your turbines are set up like that.
thats fine i use a webcam for footage
cheers dean
sorry about the sound reckon my cameras a wee bitty mad
fantastic wind turbine!
